Ginger grows untamed all over the Big Island, but on our farm we tend to the tender roots of the edible ginger variety, by carefully harvesting only the most delicious parts at just the right time.  This jam is full flavored, but not overpowering.  It is wonderful with  pork and chicken. We only make our guava jam with ripe guavas picked directly from the shrubs in our organic farmer friends’ orchard. The flavor is reminiscent of both kiwi and strawberry. Bored with grape jelly?  Try jaboticaba jelly!  Jaboticaba is also known as the Brazilian Tree Grape, except we grow it right here on the Big Island of Hawaii.  This strange tree produces grapes that taste a lot like regular grapes, but with some interesting and delicious tropical undertones.  You will also find hints of  guava, mangosteen, lychee, and passion fruit.

Lilikoi, also known as Passion Fruit, has an unmistakable flavor that is tart and fruity. This jam is full of lilikoi that has been freshly picked from our vines. After we pluck the Passion Fruit from the vine, we painstakingly remove the pulp from the fruits tiny seeds. The end result is a beautiful and refreshing jam that contains no additives – only beautiful yellow lilikoi untainted by artificial ingredients. This is by far our #1 seller. Also try our Liliko’i Butter, it tastes like cheese cake.

Our Ohelo Berries are grown right here on the Big Island in the warm, tropical sun. These delicious mountain cranberries are loved by all – including our state bird, the Hawaiian Nene Goose! The berries are slightly tart to sweet making for an interesting flavor profile. The jam has a mild cranberry flavor with a touch of tartness and acidity. This is another Guava infused winner! When we grew so many Strawberries it became time to mix Guava and Strawberry together. Are we’re glad we did, and so will you.
