Shipping Policy
We grow and make all of our products here on the Big Island of Hawaii, and shipping from Hawaii is expensive. The best deal around for shipping to/from Hawaii is the Flat Rate boxes from the USPS. We can fit six jars into a Medium Flat Rate box and twelve  into a Large Flat Rate box. So to get the lowest shipping charge per jar a six or twelve  jar order is best. A three jar order will have the highest shipping charge per jar. For one and two jar orders we pack the jars into Flat Rate envelopes surrounded by bubble wrap and cardboard.

The Flat Rate boxes also arrive much faster than First Class or Parcel Post (which take 6-8 weeks). We also send you the tracking number so you can follow its progress across the ocean. We have had many customers say that the boxes arrived pretty beat up (maybe subject to the old gorilla luggage test?) but the packaging had protected the contents.
