Since we use natural fruit and not artificial flavors there will be some sugar from the fruits. We are working on getting the full nutritional information for all of our products. We are starting with the No Sugar Added products. Below is the nutritional information for No Sugar Added Papaya Coconut Jam. This jam has the highest sugar level of all the No Sugar Added jams. So all of the other No Sugar Added products have less sugar than this. Again, we are in the process of providing this information for all of our products.
